Do I need a GP referral?

No, you can book yourself in directly.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality and WPA. Please get an authorisation number from your insurer before your first visit.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem. Most people need three to six, and your physio will give you a plan at the first visit.

What should I wear?

Loose clothing, or bring shorts. Bring any scans or letters too.

Do you do evenings and weekends?

Yes, weekdays until 8pm and Saturdays 8am to 2pm.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours' notice, otherwise the session is charged in full.
